Master-Field: the versatile agricultural shredder
The Master-Field range is among Desvoys’ best-selling machines. And with good reason! Their versatility means they can be used frequently for a wide variety of tasks. The five models in the range are as follows:
Master-field fixed :

The Master-Field as a grass and mulch shredder
Maintaining green spaces and grasslands will be a breeze with these machines. The shape of their body and their large-diameter rotor ensure effective material intake. Fitted with B1 or B8 hammers (available as an option) as well as counter-blades, you will notice a perfectly fine grind that facilitates its conversion into humus. A genuine natural fertiliser for a lush meadow.
The Master-Field as a crop residue shredder
Once the wheat or maize harvest is complete, the stubble or maize stalks remain. To help them break down and prevent pests such as the European corn borer, we recommend shredding them. With our B1 heavy-duty hammer, crop residues are thoroughly shredded.
To increase your working rate, you can combine the Master-Field mixed with the DRH Master-Field Combined. This will give you a working width of 8.00 m. By opting for a front-mounted mulcher, you will achieve optimal results as the implement works ahead of the tractor’s wheels. The Mixte model features a built-in dual-freewheel gearbox that adapts to all directions of PTO rotation.
The Master-Field as a brush cutter
The design of the Master-Field also allows for the shredding of brambles and other brushwood.
Heavier than galvanised pallets, the optional chain guard will minimise stone throw. Add to this the Hardox wear-resistant plate, and you’ll have a real workhorse. This plate has the advantage of prolonging the life of your machine’s structure. In fact, it acts as armour. Once damaged, you can replace it with a new one without having to change the entire body. A real financial saving !
The Master-Field as an orchard shredder
We also have the solution for maintaining your orchards. The Master-Field fixed and offset mulchers can be fitted with a Satellite attachment with a simple, optional adaptation. This ensures that the areas between rows and around tree trunks are properly maintained. This will help to limit the spread of weeds and pests. Both Master-Field models are easy to maintain thanks to the rear hood opening.
The adjustable Master-Field will allow you to reach further under trees. You can choose to offset it to the left or right depending on the working environment.
